Is this why Trump is picking a fight with Ginsburg? To disqualify her & save his RICO ass?

Just a possibility garnered from this TWEET and offering it here in case anyone has anymore info on it.

Ed Smith

On July 18th a Federal Court will determine if the Trump University fraudulent business case is found as being a criminal enterprise under the RICO Act, even if the case has to go all the way to the Supreme Court, with a RICO indictment the Donald will be automatically disqualified to run for President.
That’s why Trump tried to pull the ‘Judge’s Mexican heritage’ defense hoax because Mr. Tangerine not only can be expelled of the Presidential race but also Trump could face Jail time. The GOP’s plan B is to replace Trump with Michael Bloomberg.
-------------------------

If this ends up going to the SC,, Trump will call for RBG to recuse. That would leave the remaining SCs more likely to decide in his favor.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Thanks

There are times that discretion is the better part of valor and this is one of them.

She did a good job of goading him into exposing himself as a rabid misogynist with no use for women older than 25 unless he's married to them and is afraid of being taken to the cleaners on child support (and that's iffy). The best thing she can do n ow is sit back and watch him start to implode.

His enemies in the GOP can take a cue from her. It's so easy to get under his thin skin that it should be their policy. Enough chiggers and he'll go completely nuts and so far off the rails that even his idiot followers will notice.

After all, the GOP can survive 4 years of another Clinton. They know perfectly well by now that they can't hope to control Trump.

I actually wasn't aware of the approaching doom of this Fed RICO case. Why he's readying Newt, Pence and Ivanka. Just in case ..

...Donald will be automatically disqualified to run for President.

In what sense? There are precious few constitutional restrictions on Presidential candidates. The parties on the other hand have rules. The states are fairly limited in their ability to govern over federal elections (mostly limited to how they are run).

but the part that caught my eye was his upcoming Fed case. And should it end up with the SC.
This would give him a reason for doing some damage control with RGB's comment. And his escalating this issue would benefit him if worse came to worse regarding RICO & the SC.
Stacking the SC deck in his favor. Ya know.

This is the only point the tweeter made that I became concerned about. RICO & SC.
Maybe someone else can comment on your question
Thanks

Or as stated above:
He's just an "asswipe".

And mysogyny. And he makes no bones about it. NO ONE in any elected or non elected position has any business endorsing that nonsense. NO ONE.

If anything, those that DON'T speak up against his bullshit are complicit in those atrocities.

Goodfor RBG. She is a legend. Trump isn't worth the toilet paper used to wipe her ass.
