From everything I've read, yesterday's incident in Nice wasn't a "terrorist" attack.

There's a short interview with his father (who looks gutted) over at BBC. Seems the guy had a long history of severe mental problems along with the boozing and wife beating.

I think this particular man was not terrorist any more then the Orlando, but just hateful, violent men that used ISIS as an excuse.

interview with some so called terrorism expert talking about how these terrorist attacks are becoming more frequent. Somewhere in the middle of his drivel, egged on by the moderator, he tossed off that he wasn't saying THIS was a terrorist but.... Disgusting.
