Firearms are not allowed inside the hall. Ohio is an open carry so they're allowed outside.

I had a great fantasy of having them drop the balloons at the end, people jumping on them, and twitchy partygoers who were packing thinking they were under attack and opening fire.
As it is, I really wonder if they'll get to the balloon part and how many people will be left to enjoy it.
