On the LA State Police scanner: Witness saw ARMED black suspect

...(in white t-shirt and blue jeans) running from the scene of the shooting. According to witness, the runner was armed with a rifle of some sort.

This suspect has not been accounted for, officer called it in in real time from the witness.
