"An Indian rape survivor was allegedly raped again by the same five men"

What is wrong with people? And what is wrong with the justice system in some countries?

A 20-year-old college student was found in the roadside bushes of a small northern Indian city last week, raped and left for dead. In the days afterward, a shocking possibility came to light: Her attackers may be the same five men who had raped her three years earlier but were out on bail. They allegedly raped her again because she had been so steadfast in her case against them.

Particularly when those victims are of a lower caste than the perpetrators. The entire point just went right over your head. But of course, given your record, I would expect nothing less.

These same complaints can be and are made about the US justice system also. That should have been obvious, but I will point it out for you.

The US does not have a caste system. We have color.

NOW do you understand?

rape victims are protected from intimidation and prosecutions are handled professionally in front of judges and/or juries who do not blame the victim.

Just one.

I'll wait.
