So wait...a cop misses a shot at a very large man, but hits a guy six feet away...

Maybe that cop should never have been allowed to carry a weapon. Even if you buy the cop's new b.s. explanation, it still means they were trying to shoot a guy who was posing no threat to anyone.

That cop would have fit right in at the RNC. Justice really needs to be done. IMO, the police officer should lose his job and then there should be a large settlement in a civil suit.

They weren't trying to shoot the guy with his hands up. They were aiming for the autistic kid (that's better?) and missed, and hit the counselor instead.

So a cop, a supposed trained professional, can't hit such a large target, and just happens to hit another guy six-ten feet away? Seriously?

I'm not sure what's more disturbing...the cop not being able to hit such a large, close target; or the fact that the cop was trying to shoot an autistic kid holding a toy truck.

Anyway, I don't have a link, I was watching it in a window on my computer. It's gotta be online somewhere.

That cop needs to be fired, not just for bad marksmanship, but poor judgement, as well.

The poor guy was shot... but he's gonna be OK.

And when the jury sees this story, he'll be a VERY rich man!
