Crazy and Smart and Crazy and Stupid are both equally dangerous.

However, Crazy and Smart has a distinct advantage because it can easily manipulate Crazy and Stupid to its own benefit.

That's the long and the short of it when it comes to Putin and Trump. I think you know which respective role each one is playing.

Putin is truly ruthless. Trump pretends to be ruthless. He's callous, and shallow, and two dimensional, but despite his "You're Fired" persona, he's not truly ruthless.
