I predict MSNBC is going to give Nicole Wallace her own tv show.

They have given her a crap load of screen time during both conventions.
She has been the lead analyst for everything.
I know this business and that's called grooming.
She is being used in the exact same way as Rachel was just before they gave her TRMS.
So that will be another hour of the day I won't watch MSNBC when it happens.
Consider this a warning thread MSNBC as we tell you what a horrible idea that will be.

He always seems uncomfortable on camera and he's been doing this for almost 8 years

... she got that wrong seeing it wasn't a republican convention.

Otherwise she's said some pretty pointed things about tRump and the RNC's current culture but I don't think her show would last long seeing the adults might try and take over the RNC next year

* They can either use her to bait Megyn KELLY as a rival or to lure KELLY away from Faux.

* Peter Principle: WALLACE bombed out of The View, so *promotion*!1

* WALLACE and Rachel have obvious friction, so they can play them (more) against each other.

I'd much rather have her with an hour of her own that I can easily avoid than cropping up as a guest speaker on various shows where I don't expect her. Then when her show fails she can slink off to a corner somewhere and we won't have to see or hear her!

Joy Reid to 'balance' things out. Maybe not Joy because she'd crush Nicole one on one, but someone like her.

and I realize this is a touch off topic, and I get that she's married to Alan Greenspan and has a tendency toward not being particularly partial, but she just seems so conflicted this time around. I feel like she will vote (very proudly) for Hillary in November but needs to keep up the whole 'fair and balanced' schtick when she's on so as not to seem like a cheerleader.

Aaaaaand back on topic - yes, a male Mika and a neato graphics package and boom Nicole is the newest member of the team.

Transparent in her lies, totally predictable spin, irritating and boring. Nobody would ever watch her show if she had one. They are interested in making money so they will not showcase an unwatchable person in her own show.

Rachel has some kind of attachment to her which I'll never understand.

Others, including Steve Schmidt, seem to recognize her for the unrepentant Bushbot she is.
