Imagine if this election was between Mitt Romney and Kanye West.

Romney runs as a Republican and West as a Democrat.

So we have a choice between:

a) A man who has positions that are almost entirely the opposite of people here and has notable character flaws, but who does have political experience and a basic understanding of how government works.

or

b) A celebrity who has never held a day in political office, constantly displays ignorance about the job he's running for, and whose main criteria for being president is that he has a huge fucking mouth.

Would you be able to admit that West would be a total disaster as president and Romney would be the better option? I know I would, and it's a shame that many Republicans (I'm referring to the ones who aren't drinking the Trump kool-aid) are seemingly incapable of ever putting partisanship aside and admitting that Donald is arguably the most unqualified major party nominee in American history, far less intelligent than Clinton, and would do unimaginable damage to this country if he ever got in.

Why can't they just be honest with themselves? They've proven they're better Republicans than they are Americans.

Romney would be awful, but not apocalyptically disastrous.

The BEST Trump presidency scenario is that he is almost immediately impeached for doing something unimaginably stupid, and we end up with that idiot Pence. And that's still worse than Romney.

Trump is still far worse than West would be, though the ego and ignorance of the job might be equivalent.

Maybe Lyndon LaRouche is the 'Democratic' equivalent of Trump? Democrats have made it clear for decades they want nothing to do with him, whatever his claims of party membership.
