9. Two things about it seem suspicious to me

First, we don't know for sure that it was Malia. Granted, the girl in the video looks like her, but it's been said everybody has someone who looks like them. Second of all, we don't know what the girl in the video is smoking, if anything. I've played the video several times and I can't tell that she's smoking anything.

Even if it was Malia and even if she was smoking a joint, that's better than smoking tobacco.
