The CIA and State Department have a pretty good history of doing those things through out the last 50 years. Prior to that the government sent Marines to "secure" things for Dole and United Fruit in Central America, and we picked a fight with Spain because we wanted Cuba and the Philippines, and Guam. Who is in Donald's inner circle that participated in those activities recently or historically?
The guy is a certified disaster and shouldn't be anywhere near the levers of power over ... anything, but what are the details behind your assertion?
