by acting like an ankle biting, macho, brutal dictator. He thinks he's a reincarnation of Stalin, Hitler, and Napoleon Bonaparte all rolled into one.

I grew what seemed like six inches from age 16-21 but was probably more like four inches. I ended up 5' 9 & 3/4 " which I conveniently round up to 5'10" when asked about my height.

Before that I was one of the shortest guys in my HS class (subtract 4 to 6 inches from 5' -9 3/4" and you get a height of between 5'-3" to 5'-5" which is where I was for most of HS) and received a lot of teasing for it. I hate teasing people for being short.

On the other hand, some folks, including historical figures acting on an inferiority complex due to short stature is undoubtedly a real thing. I don't think it is a common affliction for short people at all, and research bears that out, but its clearly true for a small minority of shorter than average folks and I think it is true for Putin much as it was for Napoleon.

Are you:

1 - Disagreeing with my suggestion that it is only a small fraction of short people who have an inferiority complex due to height?

Or are you

2 - Making the SAT question worthy statement/suggestion that zero short people have an inferiority question due to height?

I think you would be clearly wrong on both counts. I don't see any evidence that a large portion of short people have an inferiority complex and making the statement that no short people have an inferiority complex due to height would also seem to be clearly wrong on its face. People have inferiority complexes for all kinds of reasons, most of them irrational.

You might want to revisit that assumption.

Napoleon wasn't as short as many assume; he wasn't even short for his day, but average. It is a historical "fact" which is not actually a fact.

ETA: The irony of the OP is it is likely the type of propaganda used by the British to 'diminish' their French enemy, Napoleon (though Putin is not the average height). Makes one wonder, 100 years down the line, will it be the "Putin complex"?

His height is irrelevant. Frankly I'd bet he's figured out how to use it to advantage
