AARGH! Sunday Shows Have Become Just A Series Of GOP Commercials & Forums.

The problem for the Dems is that they have no media to put their massage on except for expensive ads they buy. The Sunday talk shows have become of Republicanized it is awful. I cannot watch any of them otherwise my TV would be destroyed. And even if the Democrat would show up it is a verbal shooting gallery.

Until we break up the press and fire the present assholes on the air and take over with some sore to fairness doctrine nothing will change and our elections will get more and more screwed up.

on MTP spots. They're running them on all kinds of networks and shows that have a much-wider viewership than do the news panel snoozefests.

It takes about 60 million votes to be elected President. The 10 million people watching those shows may feel the few dozen people reading your post are "no one" as you put it.

If you are watching dead media like that you are already engaged. It is highly probable your vote is pre-allocated.

As someone who wants to move votes, targeting them is pointless. And the remainder are an electoral noise floor.

When I was younger I used to wonder what it would be like to live in a country with state controlled news.
Since I have gotten older, I have found out. Ain't no fun.

One of the least mentioned consequences of this election could be the quick end of net neutrality if Trump is elected.

You're demanding every mechanism of totalitarianism in the name of warding-off totalitarianism.
