Economic disparity, gentrification, poverty, discrimination, police brutality, war on drugs......... Cities are just ripe for problems.

1. Murder rates were down in the previous three years, before Trump made hate politically correct.

I blame Trump for the uptick in the national murder rates in cities. He's riled up fear and hate and here we are.

I've seen this happen in offices and in work places with bad management.

In cities the problem unfortunately covers generations.
