Why Does the US Justice Department Refuse to Protect Our Children? - (Long rant like I do...)

Last night I nearly lost it, reading about this toddler raper walking freely about so he can rape children again, and then reading about this 17-year old who RAPED A ONE-YEAR-OLD and FILMED it and was let free so he can do it again.

Over 400,000 rape kits sit collecting dust, untested, while rapists go free. Yet our fucking prisons are full of people who only hurt themselves.

Judges and prosecutors across this land have basically said: "WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN. We are going to let every baby raper and adult rapist run wild and terrorize anything that moves. See, we're big fat American judges, rich legislators and corrupt district attorneys, and we can't do a thing about rape because there's no goddamned MONEY in prosecuting those who actually harm people.

"Oh, no! We American Judges, prosecutors and lawmakers think rape is perfectly fine. WE LOVE rapists, and we do everything we can to assist them so they can rape some more! We don't give a shit if every child in America is raped tomorrow. But we DO care if you possess leaves of a certain plant! That is a TRUE crime against society, and we will lock you away for YEARS for having a substance that's safer than alcohol or cigarettes BECAUSE WE SET IT UP SO THAT WE CAN, AND WE WANT MOAR MOAR MOAR MONEY!"

Thanks, all you pathetic, sick judges and district attorneys and lawmakers! WE American parents and grandparents appreciate you keeping our kids safe from people who are ONLY HARMING THEMSELVES. And we're all just thrilled that our Justice Department is doing NOTHING SUBSTANTIAL to eradicate the scourge of child and adult rape.

You goons in the US Justice Department beat all I have ever seen. You corrupt pieces of human excrement in the Justice Department want to make using a viable medicine a goddamned CRIMINAL OFFENSE because you say you want to "protect the children."

BULL FUCKING SHIT.

All of the goons in the DEA, our Justice Department and Congress, as well as legislators, DAs, and judges don't give a damn about our kids or about keeping them truly safe. I don't blame the cops one bit for this one. They arrest these scum, but legislators won't provide funding to properly investigate crimes, and even with a guilty plea the judges just let the baby rapers out into the public to rape and rape and rape again!

But you know what? Every one of you judges, DAs and legislators is as guilty as the child rapers. YOU enable them. YOU refuse to protect us from them. YOU refuse to prosecute them or even process the goddamned 400,000 rape kits sitting in police custody.

Just be honest for once, US Justice Department and US and local judges and DAs. Just admit you think raping babies is AOK. Just admit you couldn't care less about those babies in the above stories.

Admit you love making felonies out of VICTIMLESS crimes because it makes you lots of

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Our judges and DAs are sending a clear message to our babies: YOU DON'T MATTER, and we are going to let grownups rape you to their heart's content BECAUSE WE CAN.

I sobbed last night, thinking how these tiny victims are at the mercy of a system of jurisprudence that is profane, CRIMINAL and cruel.

Those babies deserve better, and I curse every judge and DA and legislator and our Justice Department for DOING NOTHING TO PROTECT THEM FROM HARM. These same people who are supposed to protect them, who are supposed to care about PUBLIC SAFETY and JUSTICE only give a damn about raking in billions imprisoning the harmless.

The babies are crying out for justice, but our nation does NOT CARE.

Why are Americans so callous and cruel, or is this tragedy only going to be remedied when a tipping point is reached and people start going postal? (No, that's not my style -- I prefer to publicly shame people -- but I read some comments last night regarding the two stories above, and there are those out there who want to start killing judges and DAs for doing nothing to protect babies. Some people are growing livid over this failure to protect our most vulnerable, and there's a very real possibility that the official baby-raper-enablers are putting themselves at risk of the public's rage.)

Am I the only one who wonders about all the sexually abused children who are being told by our Justice Department and our DAs and our judges that their lives and their suffering don't matter?

It's 2016. Why do our Justice Department, DAs and judges insist on acting like goddamned barbarians? Throwing babies to wolves is all they're doing, while they steadfastly fight a war against a goddamned fucking PLANT.

The United States Justice Department is merciless, and it is EVIL.

I also like your rant about that poor brain-surgery patient getting headslammed at the airport and put in jail all night. And the baby boy who got life-threatening injuries by a police flash-bang thrown recklessly into the house where his family was visiting. It's as if it's open season on the very people who ought to be protected.

The worst PTSD trigger I have is when children and the weak are abused. And DU is the best place to rant about it because people like you care as much as I do about our babies.

If the US Justice Department doesn't care, and our judges don't care, and our legislators don't care, we have to step up to the plate and cry out for justice for them, and for the righting of all the wrongs.

You stay strong, too.

And here's the thing, WM: If they'd let me have some cannabis legally here I might not get so upset at these stories. I might just shake my head and move on.

But if the US Justice Department doesn't want me to use cannabis to ease my rage and anxiety due to PTSD, they get to see how angry they have made me. I'd rather protect kids than have a dab, any day of the week if I had to pick, but I could probably cope with the injustice better if I was calmer.

But that's okay, I'll be moving your way soon, and I can legally have my meds AND rage against injustice without worrying about being locked up for using MEDICINE.

not sure what you mean by the "US Justice Department" but if you mean the federal Department of Justice, it does not have much say over state and local matters in law enforcement in these subject areas so far as I know. And what it does do is directed by Congress and the president. Seems like the practical solution is to influence local and state agencies by voting in people who support your view.

that helps everyone in this nation. I know what the Justice Department can do IF THEY WANTED TO.

If the US Justice Department wanted to, they could funnel some of the trillions of dollars wasted in the "War Against a Plant" and use it to process the FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND untested rape kits collecting dust, no?

They are a federal entity with the means and the power to do more than protect rapists and pharmco profits, yet that is all they do. They suck, and they will continue to suck as long as we do not demand more protection against ACTUAL crimes, and a reduction of funds spent on VICTIMLESS crimes.

that wasn't addressed in the article. I'll speculate that the mental health evaluation, if taken to trial, may have very well gotten the little POS off. That or someone either screwed up physical evidence or the chain of custody.

and I certainly don't think he should be violated in that way because it won't help the child one bit.

But, if that was my precious baby or grandbaby, I can't say with any degree of certainty that I wouldn't blast his goddamned head off with the 12 gauge.

19. Boy, it's a good thing North Carolina is protecting kids with their bathroom law

It's a good thing, since North Carolina legislators, judges and prosecutors allowed this to happen to a 6-year-old girl:

http://ktla.com/2016/09/15/abducted-6-year-old-girl-found-alive-chained-to-a-tree/

A 6-year-old girl who was abducted from her home Wednesday night was found alive and chained to a tree in New Hanover County, North Carolina.

Officials said that Steffany Lenneth Lopez-Castro was found Thursday morning, about two miles from where she was taken. Officials said she is doing well.

Douglas Edwards, 46, of Wilmington is in custody. Edwards, who was picked up in New Hanover County Thursday morning, has been charged with first-degree kidnapping.

While authorities would not release any more public information on Edwards outside of a courtroom, he is listed on the North Carolina Sex Offender Registry. According to public records, Edwards was convicted in 1996 of first-degree sexual offense and indecent liberties with a minor. The victim was six-years-old at the time.

They may have SEEMED to be callous and irresponsible to let a man who had already raped a 6-year-old go free, but they're really keeping children safe when they let child rapists go free to make room for trannies who used the wrong bathroom or some black kids with bags of weed.

I'm just so glad the North Carolina justice system is keeping kids safe, aren't you?

THANK YOU NORTH CAROLINA LEGISLATORS for having tougher laws to protect us from people who use the "wrong" bathroom or the drug of their choice than the laws on your books to protect kids from CHILD RAPISTS.

I'm sure the 6-year-old in the above story truly appreciates your FUCKED UP PRIORITIES.

North Carolina legislators: protecting rapists at all costs.

Now let's see how many of these guys the judges set free

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/child-sex-sting-nets-22-suspects-including-methodist-pastor-who-volunteered-in-schools-a7311576.html

In announcing the results of the sting, the Pensacola Police Department said on Facebook: "This post will not be entertaining. It will not be funny, humorous, or elicit a slight chuckle. This post will not be the one you read to your spouse on the couch tonight. This post will concern you, trouble you, and make you ask, 'What is wrong with this world?'"

The department added: "These people are out there. You need to watch your kids. Monitor their online behavior. You need to snoop. Be the Parent."

In May, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said 32 men and women were arrested in an undercover operation -- among them, two church pastors who responded to online ads for what they thought were for girls under the age of 18.

A similar series of stings in Florida's Polk County -- where undercover detectives lure suspected child predators to an undisclosed location using fictitious online ads -- has become well-known for netting suspects who work at Disney World, Sea World and other theme parks.

The police agencies are doing their part, but legislators must make the penalties fit the crimes, and I think forfeiture seizure is a swell idea for these people (hint, hint, Justice Department).

No matter how rough the penalties are, if judges just let them go, all of that work is for nothing, and our children are put at risk.

It will be interesting to see how the judges in Florida handle these scum.
