For those who upgraded to iOS 10:

If you have problems with Safari rendering web pages, here's a simple fix.

It's called a hard reset. Hold down the home button and the on/ off button. Hold them down until the Apple logo appear. Sit back and wait. That should fix it. Log back in and see if that did the job.
