20. Trying To Setup Clinton?

Does anyone else think he is trying to setup Hillary Clinton? I think he is doing this now in the hopes that a moderator will bring it up in one of the debates which would allow him to saw that this issue started with the Clinton campaign. I know it has already been debunked already, but I think he wants to try to bring it up again either in the hopes of muddying the water over the issue, or in the hopes that the issue will distract from other more important issues that would give Clinton an edge in the election.
