Honest/Trustworthy should not be together

I have had a problem for months now about the honest/trustworthy question on polls. This is why...
Do I think Hillary is honest? Well it depends on the topic. I think she's honest most of the time. I think the coverage of her dishonesty is overhyped.
Do I trust her! YES! And I think a lot of people trust her to be commander in chief. I think people trust her ability to accomplish things for the American people.
Hillary unlike Trump cares about what people think about her. Part of her endeavor is to make history by being a great president. I don't think Trump cares about what anyone thinks of him. If he tanks the economy and people are losing their job he doesn't care!

they will probably get more trust from me if they are not.

That said, the idea that politicians are straight-forwardly honest? Rare as hen's teeth.

Trust? A politician? When a politician's record is consistent, I'll trust them to be consistent. I will rarely trust them with issues, since very few politicians consistently back the issues the way I want them to. Trust them to walk their talk? Dear Dog. Speeches are dispensed to push emotional triggers and convince the gullible. It's the very rare politician who actually walks the talk, and it's common for politicians to "evolve" with the wind, with the polls, and most importantly, with the corporate donors.

The bottom line for this election has nothing to do with Clinton's likability, honesty, or trustworthiness. As her own campaign ads, good ads, make clear, this election is not about Clinton. It's about Trump. More specifically, it's about ensuring that Trump is not going to be the POTUS.

Every time it is brought up before they even start they need to post the fact checks graphs. Dipshit donnie lies over half the time. Then they need to say he is a pos liar.

And I don't think that any politician is always honest all the time.

But I honestly trust that Hillary Clinton will do a better job than Donald Trump.
