(101,306 posts)He could make a case for really being 'the greatest'. Trump 'plans', however, don't exist. When he says something, it almost always contradicts something else he's said. On the topic of Obamacare:
We have to help them through the Medicaid system, Trump told Mehmet Oz, the host of a popular daytime television show and a cardiothoracic surgeon at Columbia University Medical Center. People have said thats not the right thing to say. But there is a fairly large percentage who cant afford it.
....
Trump has previously called for repealing the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, which gave states the option to expand Medicaid to higher income levels, as 31 states have done already. On his website, he calls for turning the program into a grant given to states, letting them manage the program as they see fit. His campaign site also says states offer Medicaid benefits that are too generous.
Nearly every state already offers benefits beyond what is required in the current Medicaid structure, according to the site. Under his plan, states will have the incentives to seek out and eliminate fraud, waste and abuse to preserve our precious resources, Trump writes.

"preserve our precious resources" - do I sense Trump's inner Gen. Jack D. Ripper coming through?

(5,644 posts)but these days I watch very little of anything to do with Trumpocracy and his traveling Reality clown show. He want the media to always follow him on Dr. Oz, for what that was worth. Hillary's exam wasn't on TV (I guess to make it appear as though she was hiding something, and now
Donald Trump's 'major statement' on the birther issue DailyKos
Trump just bought me back to the 60's when this brash young Cassius 'the precious' Clay used to talk about how great he was...and 'Clay' would shout "I am the greatest of all times!!" And most of us knew nothing to very little about him. But that's where the similarity ends.
