"You know what I mean"

Did no one else notice this. When Trump said "and I finished it"....and then he said loud and clear as a seperate sentence "you know what I mean". He said it loud and clear. A message to his followers And they do "know" exactly what he means. Can someone here mention this to someone in the media. I am not sure how to do it.
