Trump In Chaos As His Own Campaign Just Proved Clinton Didn’t Start Birther Conspiracy

http://www.politicususa.com/2016/09/16/trump-proves-clinton-not-birther.html

In a desperate effort to cover up their lie, the Donald Trump campaign put out a press release that provided proof that Hillary Clinton didn’t start the birther conspiracy....

The transcript shows that Hillary Clinton shot down the birther conspiracy. When a staffer forwarded an email that promoted the conspiracy, that Clinton staffer was fired.

In other words, Donald Trump just released proof that Hillary Clinton didn’t start the birther conspiracy as he claimed at his event earlier on Friday.

It is unfathomable, but it appears that the reemergence of Trump’s birtherism has caught his campaign by surprise. The memo and interview that they cited were proof that Hillary Clinton didn’t begin the birther conspiracy.

they should have EMPHASIZED that she stopped it right away, and that the idiot pubs did, indeed, prove that she was the one who quashed the rumor

the vast preponderance, therefore, are ignoring this.

and there's another post here that cites some guy named Martin, in cahoots with the infamous Jerome Corsi, as beginning the whole thing long before 2008.

Anonymous e-mails from supporters of Hillary Clinton surfaced that questioned Obama's citizenship in an attempt to revive Clinton's faltering primary election campaign.

Some one sent her campaign an email.

These mass emailing's are famous for conspiracy theories. This wasn't thought up in the Clinton basement.

The first time I heard it, it sure didn't come from the Clinton campaign...but started hard and heavy once Obama was picked as the Democratic candidate.

Trump used spin and very bad judgment when he made the statement. But, what would you expect when he has no choice but to grab at straws? Does he state how he got involved it in?

BTW June 7, 2008 Hillary Clinton concedes to Obama

The first case from Orly Taitz " Keyes v. Bowen 2008" show the court papers were typed up 3/18/08.

Someone had this idea LONG before Hillary!

Look at the actual first page of the document

As Chris Hayes told Trump campaign strategist A.J. Delgado on Monday when she repeated the lie that Hillary started the birther movement in 2008, in fact it was a man named Andy Martin, a Republican (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andy_Martin), who started the birtherism campaign against Obama in 2004.

As reported by the NY Times:

Theories about Mr. Obama’s background have taken on a life of their own. But independent analysts seeking the origins of the cyberspace attacks wind up at Mr. Martin’s first press release, posted on the Free Republic Web site in August 2004.

Its general outlines have turned up in a host of works that have expounded falsely on Mr. Obama’s heritage or supposed attempts to conceal it, including “Obama Nation,” the widely discredited best seller about Mr. Obama by Jerome R. Corsi. Mr. Corsi opens the book with a quote from Mr. Martin.

“What he’s generating gets picked up in other places,” said Danielle Allen, a professor at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, N.J., who has investigated the e-mail campaign’s circulation and origins, “and it’s an example of how the Internet has given power to sources we would have never taken seriously at another point in time.”

Ms. Allen said Mr. Martin’s original work found amplification in 2006, when a man named Ted Sampley wrote an article painting Mr. Obama as a secret practitioner of Islam. Quoting liberally from Mr. Martin, the article circulated on the Internet, and its contents eventually found their way into various e-mail messages, particularly an added claim that Mr. Obama had attended “Jakarta’s Muslim Wahhabi schools. Wahhabism is the radical teaching that created the Muslim terrorists who are now waging jihad on the rest of the world.”
http://mobile.nytimes.com/2008/10/13/us/politics/13martin.html

And while Hillary explicitly told her supporters and campaign staff not to repeat the rumor, this is what Andy Martin did in 2008:

On October 17, 2008, Martin filed a lawsuit against the state of Hawaii calling for the public release of Barack Obama's birth certificate and other vital records.

How does one prove they meet the Constitutional requirement, born in the U.S., to be president? Submit a birth certificate to whom?

Andy Martin made a big fuss in 2004 to see Obama's birth certificate to see if it stated he was Muslim.

The MSM just doesn’t report it. See, for instance, her speech today:
http://www.democraticunderground.com/12512423083 . They think it's boring, won't get them clicks. So, Hillary also throws in issues that might get MSM attention. And certainly Trump's lies and bigotry are "REAL issues."
