MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough expressed outrage over the police shooting of Terence Crutcher, saying the stranded black motorist posed no threat to officers and was apparently following their orders when he was killed.

The “Morning Joe” host said the videotaped killing was one of the clearest examples yet of racist policing that Black Lives Matter and other groups have tried to push back against....

Scarborough and his panelists didn’t understand why police would shoot Crutcher for having drugs in his car, as they have alleged, saying that just wouldn’t happen to white drivers.

“If you’re white, if you’re from the neighborhoods that we live in, and your arms are in the air, you could have, like, pounds of coke in the back and be straight out of ‘Miami Vice’ and you wouldn’t get treated like that,” Scarborough said.

1. At the time of his killing they didn't know

if indeed he did have some pcp. The cop that murdered him will not have much of a life from now on. between the guilt and the shit she'll go through she'll grow to rue the day she murdered that innocent man.

2. What I don't understand

Why doesn't crap like this act as a deterrent to other racist cops with itchy trigger fingers. You can say "None have served jail time," but being charged and standing trial is no picnic. Are they completely unable to control themselves?

I just watched the video the wife made of the other man getting shot. None of those cops appeared to be acting out of anger or being out of control. Did they really think they'd get away without scrutiny while the man's wife was recording them?

3. In Florida cops and other emergency folks are picking up passed out heroin addicts

and getting them help. I never saw that for a crack head.
