Energy Transfer Partners purchases ND ranch near DAPL protest camp
CANNON BALL, N.D. - The company developing the Dakota Access Pipeline has purchased a North Dakota ranch.
The deal between Texas-based Energy Transfer Partners and David and Brenda Meyer of Flasher was for 20 parcels of land on the Cannonball Ranch totaling more than 6,000 acres.
The ranch is near a camp where thousands have gathered to join the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe in its protest of the pipeline, which is slated to cross the Missouri River nearby.
Well David and Brenda Meyer must be millionares today.
But they will also be
heroes to the NDers & energy corporations who laugh at the
black snake warning of the Sioux ancestors.
If the pipeline ever bursts & taints the river & lake, be sure that the Meyers will be insulated by their millions.
Sad news.
