At this point it doesn't matter if he had a gun or not. By not releasing the footage earlier -- before Scott's wife -- the conspiracy theories will never, ever stop. For the record, I haven't seen a gun in any of the footage so far released, and based on personal experience I think that cops are more likely to lie than average people (or at least are no more honest than the average person).
