But, in relationship to the way the wingers have tried to appropriate his legacy in order to excoriate BLM, this cartoon simply shows that they all lack any credibility whatsoever.

I'm old enough to remember right-wingers in the 1980's bloviating that Dr.King's legacy was letting too many "Commies" into the Civil Rights Movement.

Nowadays it's the same right-wingers playing footsie with Putin's authoritarian Russia.
