He's the only republican I have ever voted for. He was running against a nasty piece of work for Gov here in MA and he was the more rational choice.

about Clinton's email "scandal" and he was very dismissive of it, saying people/media were making a big deal out of nothing.

He sounds like a smart guy - way more knowledgeable than Johnson.

Gary Johnson is deliberately clueless about a ton of shit, particularly foreign policy, but that's not surprising because the agenda of the Libertarian party is laissez-faire to the point of deliberate know-nothingness.

Johnson has used cannabis? Yeah, same as 60 million or so other Americans. Same as our current president. He's not using it now, supposedly, so maybe blame something else for the dumb stuff he says. Like his ideology. I've noticed that ideology makes people say stupid stuff a lot more than pot does.

The talking points about "potheads", yeah--- everyone knows what's going on here.

Well guess what- the prohibitionists are STILL losing. Sorry!

but neither you, nor anyone else, has heard me speak for or against legalization. I'm not a user, so I actually don't care what others consume. However, I'd prefer that none of them be in charge of the nuclear codes.

The prime driver of stupid decision making, substance-wise, is alcohol. No contest.

But the simple fact is, that marijuana's impairment of decision making is diddly compared to that of alcohol. People who have no experience around substances, or who have spent their entire lives buying into bogus 'reefer madness' propaganda, can be forgiven for being ignorant of scientific fact, sort of like how children who have been educated in fundamentalist sunday school environments can't really be expected to understand that the Earth is 4.7 billion years old.

Nevertheless, people who have never smoked pot opining on the matter are sort of like Priests going on about sex. IMHO.

But that has more to do with his Ayn Rand philosophy than anything he ingested a couple months ago.

You want to know what terrible things marijuana does to peoples' heads, try eliminating everything from your itunes playlist made by pot smokers. See what is left.

A few clips of Johnson on TV. He doesn't really act like his problem is being pot head, more like he has some mental issue to deal with, or he is just crazy as hell, but I wouldn't blame it on pot.
