I saw the one you are talking about on Twitter it was quickly followed up by another angle showing that Trump was reaching out to her husband, to whom they both turn and look.

I'll dig them both up if needed, but this is like one still photo going around of Bill Clinton "yelling at Ken Bone" when the video shows he was enthusiastically pointing because he wanted to shake his hand.
