When the Money Party is Over…

Wee! It’s a money party! Everyone gets in their two cents worth---excuse me, make that their two hundred millions worth. You see, in this election “everyone” is a euphemism for a guy who operates gambling dens and another guy who makes his money by jacking up oil prices and a third guy who makes his money by investing your retirement fund in crap and then betting that by sometime tomorrow the crap is gonna stink. Since Everyone is shelling out a lot of money to select Romney, Everyone expects to get a big return on Everyone’s money. That is where You, the hard working American come in. Here is what You can expect in 2013 if the SuperPacs win and America loses this fall. No, I do not have a crystal ball. I just happen to know how Everyone makes his huge piles of ill-gotten cash.

http://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/story/2012-04-25/super-PAC-donations/54660672/1

A casino mogul, Sheldon Adelson is very concerned about the future. No, not America’s future. The future of organized gambling. Gambling consists of taking money from hard working men and women by offering to let them play games of chance that they have zero chances of winning. Gambling in casinos is exactly like flushing your money down a toilet, except there are more flashing lights and big busted cocktail waitresses. When a casino mogul wants to take over the reins of government, his goals are clear. Make ordinary citizens so desperate about the future that they will take what little cash they have on hand and squander it for a fleeting moment of hope.

"Oh, please let it be number 21. Please let it be number 21. Please---shit! Damn! Now, I’m twice as down as before. Better play another number quick ."

Someone tell me, how is this not like crack addiction? You can’t, can you? That is because gambling addiction is exactly like crack addiction, except that it does not kill its victims as quickly, making it more profitable.

Bingo kingpin Irving Moskowitz is ready to help Adelson out, since what is good for one greedy blood sucking gambling mogul is good for another.

Presidential policies that will lead to more addictive behaviors include taking away Your pension---looting Social Security. Taking away Your job protections---axing unions. Taking away Your choice---forcing young people to become parents when they are not ready. Taking away Your mental health care---overturning health care reform.

Another Everyone is ready to help Sheldon Adelson achieve his dream of a hopeless, desperate America. Euphemistically referred to by USA Today as the “Investment Industry”, I prefer to call this guy the Ghost of J.P. Morgan. J.P. Morgan made his money the Rothschild way---by sucking at the tit of the federal government. The Ghost of J.P. Morgan would not know a sound investment if it bit him on the ass. But he knows how to bribe government officials to look the other way while he steals his customers’ money---and then bribes them to give him a big payoff after the theft is over to compensate him for his losses.. The Ghost of J.P. Morgan has his eyes on Your Social Security funds, and he will not rest until all those trillions of dollars have flowed through his felonious fingers and made their way into his offshore bank account. So, Romney’s number one job come January 2013 will be to abolish Social Security and turn it over to the Banksters. Suddenly, You, the average hard working American will realize that there will be no peaceful retirement, no time to enjoy the grandkids. You will work your fingers to the bone until the day You drop dead of a heart attack while working the graveyard shift at the local fast food joint where You make some extra money to supplement Your salary as a grocery checker. Sounds bad, right? It gets worse. Before You die, You will see the billboards for casinos, with their smiling faces promising you a better life somewhere over the rainbow. You will cash out your (meager) savings and rush off in pursuit of a better tomorrow---and Sheldon Adelson will add a few bucks to his towering pile of cash.

Wee! It’s a money party! And you are the roasted lamb staked out over the open fire for the dining pleasure of the uber-rich. All you have to do to make Everyone's dream come true is stay at home this fall. Or, better yet, spend election day with your ass planted in front of a slot machine pulling the wrong kind of lever, the one attached to the giant toilet where Romney and his gambling mogul masters plan to flush the American dream.

out that the characterization of gambling in this sentence -- "Gambling consists of taking money from hard working men and women by offering to let them play games of chance that they have zero chances of winning" -- is demonstrably false and thus undermines the credibility of the other claims.

Fact is, people who gamble in casinos do have a chance, in some cases a fairly decent chance, of winning. So how do casinos make money? Simple: when a gambler wins, the house does not pay out what the odds say it should pay out. (This is known as the vigorish or 'vig.') Without getting into advanced statistics, any bet at the craps table perfectly illustrates this. For example, when the point is 6 (or 8) and the shooter makes the point, those who have played the 6 (or 8) receive slightly less in payout than the odds say they should receive. Even with the house retaining small amounts of vig, a gambler with a streak can leave the casino far wealthier than he or she entered it. Provided the gambler knows when to quit

America loses big because of the addiction. Read the following if you do not agree.

Democrats hesitate to bring down the hammer on gambling, because they do not want to be perceived of as "square" or "like the Fundies". That enables the gambling industry to continue to prey upon vulnerable Americans with their lie "It creates jobs!"

casinos actually 'make their money' by not paying out what the real mathematical odds say they should pay off at.
