I get so Damned tired

of Trump supporter/Republican BS. You go out to breakfast and you can't even get away from it. A guy in the booth behind us this morning was telling this stupid "Joke" about Hillary very loudly like he was the only one in the place. And as if everyone in the place must agree with his evident take on Clinton. Of course, probably most everyone else does, the white people anyway. The most galling thing is they think, because you're white, you share their screwed up mindset. I really had this strong urge to turn to him and tell him to shut the hell up. As it was I was prepared to move away from him when he and his friend drank their final sip of coffee and left. Thank God!

Then, going into the grocery store there was this fellow expounding (again loudly) on the evils of socialism and Obama. Why can't these people speak quietly? At least. Don't they know Obama isn't running? He also hasn't come for their damned guns. So now it's Hillary who's coming for them. Way to pass the torch, BHO.

I'm really hoping that Republicans are defeated so badly on November 8 that it will shut these guys up for awhile. But I doubt it will help any. Trump will win hugely in SC no doubt. More than ever I understand Pettigru's famous line about South Carolina being too small for a republic and too big for an insane asylum. Though maybe he was wrong about the insane asylum part.

1. I'm in KY, and instead of socialism, it is coal. They are too stupid to know that Bush killed coal

The Bush EPA put new requirements in place in 2006 that pretty much doomed coal. The power producers had ten years to comply. So who gets the blame? The guy that isn't the same color as those stupid people.

and tptb make it DELIBERATE by damaging our educational systems severely AND subverting the media, making FACTS extremely difficult to impart widely.

4. The republican party is the party of obnoxious bullies. They talk over everyone, cheat, lie, push

people around and often "they" are the losers in life. They are just damn disgusting assholes.

5. Republicans think everyone cares

about their opinions. I was listening to one yesterday and thinking why does she think everyone else needs to hear her opinion? Go and vote, and it does not matter whether we know who you vote for.

15. exactly

I have an aunt like that. She's a good Christian, all members of her family must be too and so she's just saying what we all think. Except not.

6. I hear you. In Arkansas it's considered the Christian thing to vote Republican.

When you ask people why they don't like Hillary, what she has done, specifically, to warrant their distrust and dislike, the answers you get usually start out "Well, everybody knows . . . .".

I voted yesterday and while my vote won't matter in a state that is polling 85% for Trump, it still felt good to vote for the first woman President of the U.S.

12. Same here.

All the Christians, or at least the loudmouth ones are Trumpsters. They can't explain why they support him, not at all. I will be happy to vote for the first woman President. Thinking about wearing white in support of my mothers who fought for my right to vote. My vote hardly ever matters, but maybe someday.

14. I voted for President Obama

I'll be voting for Hillary and I hope to live long enough to vote for our first Hispanic President. Either of the Castro twins will be fine with me. I would like to see Moma Rosa residing in our House, (white house.)

7. Republicans are the biggest loudmouths where I live.

I often suspect that they heard a conservative rant on AM radio moments earlier.

I rode on Amtrak to California a few years ago (mostly because I'd never traveled anywhere by train before), and I sat next to a bookstore owner from LA at one point. He openly brought up his liberal views and then I did the same. We were both pretty loud, and I peeked behind me to see a prudish-looking couple both frowning. Oh, well. It was nice to be on the "giving" end for once!

I remember asking if radio stations around LA had more liberal hosts, but the guy replied it was the same conservative BS heard around the rest of the country.

13. I think they're probably the biggest loudmouths

Everywhere. I wasn't really quiet about stating my intention to move where I wouldn't have to listen to the BS. I'm really fed up to the gills with it.

16. As a clean-cut white guy, I'm told the most horrible things by other clean-cut white guys

"hey think, because you're white, you share their screwed up mindset..."

Yup. As a clean-cut white guy, I'm told the most horrible things by other clean-cut white guys (Not All Men!!!!) who think I'm part of their ever-so-slowly deflating club of self-styled oppression, white-styled martyrdom and male-styled (Not All Men!!!!) suffering art the hands of minorities, women, the Illuminati and other goblins of the night.
