(VRWC) and I worked with two columnists/authors documenting its existence; it hasn't gone away, I believe Comey's actions today are a part of it. Just last week Trump, Giuliani and Gingrich spoke of a coming action that would change the election. When pressed for details, the only response was "you'll see." Given Comey is a Republican and donated the max amount of money to Romney in 2012, I don't see any reason to believe he is not part and parcel of the VRWC.
