Serious questions about Melania's status

Hopefully I can get this straight on what I am wondering about.

Since it appears she worked under a visitor visa I get that was illegal. So what would be the charge or repercussions of just that?

Next since from what I understand to get the next visa h1b2 visa and eventually a permanent change she would have to fill out forms. And I think those require you give any information on past visas and checks to see if you performed any illegal activities on prior visits.

If she filed for her other visas and lied on the forms what would the penalty be? Falsifying government records would seem likely. Is that it?

Then on dipshit donnie I'm assuming he knew of these problems. Would he be in anyway libel or could he face any consequences? I know sometimes aiding and abetting can get pretty much the same type of penalties. Would it be in this case?

Here's hoping chants of "lock him up" start.

Nope too many brain dead trumpites for that.

Look, I realize that some people feel we have a problem with illegal Slovenian immigrants, but we should focus on the ones who cause problems.

I don't know what happens in normal cases like this. Where someone works under the wrong visa or falsifies the visa documents. What is normal and what happens in this case I am sure will be different since she will have some high power attorneys.

I was going to ask this in one of the other threads but wanted to stay away from too much just deport her stuff.

Now I have to admit when it came to dipshit. Yeah, I thought about screaming "lock him up". But really want to understand what the law actually is.

Edit: Just found this in another post.

The government can seek to revoke the U.S. citizenship of immigrants after the fact in cases when it determines a person willfully misrepresented or concealed facts relevant to his naturalization. But the government effectively does this in only the most egregious cases, such as instances involving terrorism or war crimes.

So I guess it sounds like this fits Melania's status.
Still wondering if there may be possible legal repercussions for dipshit.
