9. That was the deal Trump offered Kasich earlier on - Kasich would do

all the hard work of running the nation and Trump would bask in the glory of being the President, while he raked in the dollars from monetizing the Presidency. I don't think Pence is smart enough to do it but Trump is certainly stupid enough (and arrogant enough) to try.
