She explains. Gives names and dates -- very clearly.
Investigations are ongoing. There either are or have been prosecutions related to this. The media is as usual trying to create scandal about things that are not particularly scandalous.
Issa is trying to ruin the investigations and make it impossible for the prosecutions of wrongdoers to go forward in my opinion.
Obama is doing the right thing here.
