She screwed up, under direction I am sure, and should not have made that lame assed statement today.

That being said, screw ups happen all the time. The objective is to correct them and move forward. Bush ignoring Bin Laden warnings were a MAJOR fuck up and you will find very few Repubs admit that he messed up. Holder, specifically on the Fast and Furious issue, likely had very little focus/briefings. It was a stupid program that MAY have resulted in an Agent being killed by one of the weapons. (Agent obviously killed, which is a catastrophe, but no proof that one of the weapons was used in the murder)
