Anti-Kaine cut-and-paste PAC ad

Heard an anti-Kaine PAC ad (Virginia senate race) where the standard scary sounding narrator says that Virginia lost eleventy-seven zillion jobs under Kaine, and that Kaine wanted Virginia to lose jobs... followed by a clip of Kaine, as DNC chair, saying something like "Nothing could please me more."

(I assume that in the clip, Kaine was commenting on the propspect of kittens and puppies playing together.)

Anyone else note this ad? Was my sense of it correct?
