Is there any part of this that he was not tried to break or say he wouldn't?

Individuals who are critical are tweeted about and harassed.
Press should only report positively on him.
People should not assemble for any grievances.
I think he hasn't said we can't petition the gvt, but I fear putting my name on such because then they will have it in a file somewhere.
