An ambulance just picked up my 100 YO neighbor

He still drives, cooks and takes care of himself. His daughter lives with him.

2016 sucks.

And I got the news tonight that an old friend's brother died yesterday. We aren't as close as we were when we were kids, but we've always managed to keep track of each other. Her brother was 4 years older than I so we weren't pals (4 years is a big gap when you're kids) but I always thought he was so cool (and he was).

I hate 2016.
