Trump, I have a plan for you to repeal the ACA...

Blow the whole thing up... Just provide a public option where people can purchase government sponsored medical insurance on a sliding scale that is based on ability to pay.

what it is the deplorables actually want.
i think this makes them uniquely vulnerable to public pressure.
