My prediction about the Republicans repealing health care

The republican congress and Trump will pass a bill called the HCA repeal, but it will not really be repealed. The thrust of the program will still be in place with a few changes. They will have tort reform and buying plans across state lines. They will repeal the mandate and things that were never fully enacted. The costs of the premiums and deductible will continue to go up, and they will blame it on Obama. The reasons will be that they never address the real causes such as the ridiculous cost of prescription drugs,or the lack of competition from a public option.

I too think they'll change a few things so it won't be associated with Obama. Hoyt Jan 2017 #3

with penalties enacted for not buying it and refused to allow the government to negotiate prices, they sure won't do a thing about the cost of drugs.

I have been fantasizing with the "let them repeal ACA" so the deplorables will see the KKKon they voted into office and that the Re-pubes have NOTHING to replace it. tRUMP gonna repeal and replace "with something great". So, cancel it and show your deplorable followers that "something great".

Rather than direct subsidies, maybe they'll do voucher (pretty much same thing). Maybe they'll do away with Exchanges. What they do with Medicaid might surprise us.
