The republican congress and Trump will pass a bill called the HCA repeal, but it will not really be repealed. The thrust of the program will still be in place with a few changes. They will have tort reform and buying plans across state lines. They will repeal the mandate and things that were never fully enacted. The costs of the premiums and deductible will continue to go up, and they will blame it on Obama. The reasons will be that they never address the real causes such as the ridiculous cost of prescription drugs,or the lack of competition from a public option.

(29,699 posts)with penalties enacted for not buying it and refused to allow the government to negotiate prices, they sure won't do a thing about the cost of drugs.
