GOP Will Blame Democrats For Health Care Mess They Create.

GOP will claim that the Democrats ACA law was loaded with land mine and policy IEDS that were set to explode and trash the American people and they were not able to disarm this health care bomb.

The GOP and the media will find a way to blame the Democrats and Obama when things go sour. Everything that goes wrong when they take over will be Obama's fault. The MSM will go along.

they are saying the Republican plan is not any good, perhaps they will replace with a Democratic plan, now that would work. No matter what plan they come up with will not change the fact President Obama was successful in getting the first health care plan passed.

...if things didn't start going wrong with U.S. healthcare until Republicans took over.

I heard one of them lay the outline of their hedge this morning on NPR. They are going to say that more than half of the 20 million people who have health insurance thanks to ObamaCare are getting healthcare due to ObamaCare's Medicaid Expansion. In other words, once 10-15 million people lose healthcare thanks to Republican repeal of ObamaCare, the Republicans will say that it was mostly "charity cases" who were dragging others down anyway.

Then the Republicans are also going to try to delay the onset of the repeal. They will do that for a couple of years at least. If healthcare gets worse during those years, Republicans will say that the problem was ObamaCare itself, since the repeal will not have taken effect. If healthcare gets better, they'll say, "See, it's because we repealed ObamaCare."

model will work if pre-existing conditions and a no cap environment exists is if the insurance pool is expanded by way of the individual mandate. The Republicans have created an environment where they cannot accept the individual mandate. Therefore, for political reasons, they will be enticed into returning to the old days of millions of uninsured showing up in emergency rooms and the insured seeing their rates skyrocket. They are idiots.

If they say "the costs are too high for people" they ask "Are you saying that you LOVE the idea of everyone having health care and your main concern is that poor people are having to pay more than they should?"

But it will be a hard sell.

We've all seen how dumb the Trump voters are. All they'll know is that they had healthcare coverage under Obama, and they don't have it under Trump. They don't have the intelligence to look any further than that reality.

The GOP count on voters being too stupid to investigate the whys-and-wheres of how things get taken away from them. In this instance, that stupidity is going to lead to a LOT of pissed-off voters who won't be the least bit interested in complicated explanations. All they'll know is that they had something they wanted/needed that they don't have anymore - and all the explanations in the world aren't going to placate them.

You wanted the dumbed-down to vote for you, GOP? Guess what? The dumbed-down don't "do" nuance. They don't look at pie-charts and spreadsheets and say, "Oh, okay, now I understand."
