A friend of mine in Juneau posted this clip on Facebook.

It's the dedication of a small memorial to the homeless near the main bridge downtown. A lot of the homeless have lived under that bridge(others under the parking garage near the downtown library) and as you can see from the brutally cold conditions of the recent day on which the dedication took place-it would probably have been twenty degrees colder once the sun went down-it's a struggle to survive(in a very affluent place).

In the clip, the formerly homeless man who narrates also takes us under the bridge where the homeless are attempting to survive the winter.
