There really is no replacement. Once it is gone there will just be delay after delay till it falls off the radar. The reality is they don't give a tinker's damn about the people it helps. After all, they are not the rich that republicans feel they are put in office to serve.

If they do that, they won't get anymore campaign money. That is the reality of this situation.

They will phase out ACA and hope voters won't take it out on them at the polls.
