The die has been cast.

Even before Donald Trump has been sworn into office, we can already see the writing on the wall. We can see how he is going to work with the Congress and how little concern there will be for any transparency. There is little left for the imagination.

With the help of Mitch McConnell, the Senate is going to ram all the ethically-challenged nominees thru the Senate at breakneck speed, overlooking all the possible ethical and financial problems with the nominees.

Donald Trump is going to continue to distract and divert the attention away from his own problems of transparency, with his failure to disclose his overseas holdings and his likely conflicts of interest in places such as Russia and China.

Once they get these small details out of the way, they can continue to dismantle everything that Barack Obama may have worked to pass and institute their new agenda for the wealthy and the privileged.

Then they will work quickly and diligently to stack their Supreme Court in their favor, so that they can validate all their criminal activities as legal in the eyes of the law, all the while passing legislation to please all the right-wing emotions.

Agreed.... it will be as if we'll be living under a 'Shadow Government' yet all the players will be out in the open.

However, all we'll get to really see is their faces. No facts or definitive information about them or their true nature will ever be offered.

Trump will keep distracting the media with his tweets about petty little things. He's good at that. Meanwhile the oligarchs will take over running the country to their advantage.

Will anyone cover them? And if they do, will the people who need to know what's going on (voting public) pay attention and believe?

Trump is relentlessly trying to get people to disbelieve the media. Always calls them dishonest, lying, etc.

that are going to work so hard for them giving them $$$$$ jobs, cheap healthcare and all the racism and bigotry some desire. Then, they can move toward a theocracy with Ted Cruz on SCOTUS. And all the persecution they love and have zest for in life can he heaped on every minority group. Oh, what glorious days ahead.

They will introduce "Bid for work" laws soon.

We're headed down a dark, ugly path & I feel most people's attitude is that we'll survive this - cuz we always have after all - like that's any fucking guarantee. We'll be lucky to recognize this country in 4 years. And Trump already thinks he's going to be in for 8 & he probably will, after they disenfranchise millions more voters. For those that still have hope, I don't see where that hope springs from in this clusterfuck. The dems have played nice for 35 years, drifted to the right with every election because holy fuck, the media might call them liberal! After decades of voting for the lesser of two evils we're about to install one of the most vulgar, immature, incompetent people ever in the highest office of the land. The democratic party is not without blame in this disaster.

We're fucked by the too-stupid-to-see-thru-it-all voters.

A lot of factors helped this monster get into office but the bottom line is the hate, racism, and stupidity of too many voters.
