We are playing the game, they are not. That's why we are loosing bad.

Ive yet to post anything since the election, why should I? All Ive seen is ridiculousness, If Clinton did this or Sanders did that, Trump said this in a tweet or some other bull that really means nothing for us. All I have seen from their side is the minimum of what I expect, I expect it will get way worse. Sadly I haven't been surprised by them yet.
On our side it's been re-fighting the election and reacting to what the republicans and trump are doing or going to do. "We need to have compassion for the trump voters" and then push back against that. "Ellison for DNC chair, Warren, Sanders, where is Clinton?", "Its the MSM". Sorry but all that is pathetic. Hopefully we will wake up and understand that they won and have been winning for a long time because they are not playing the same game we are. At all. We follow the rules with decorum and just plain goodness. We are playing the game and they are not.
We are the British in the revolution just lining up while they do guerrilla warfare and kick our butts every time. I most certainly am not advocating any violence at all, but there are going to be causalities. Your mom on ACA with cancer, your brother in the military, your grandparents on medicare and medicaid and countless people on SS, the world with global warming. I could keep going on and on, these are serious things and most of you want to sit there and argue over whether we should have chosen play A or B while not realizing that neither plays meant shit because they are not playing the game at all. They are past the game and the consequences are very serious indeed for us all and we don't need to be playing catch up but moving far ahead. Bush was bad, this will be far, far worse, so pull your head out of your a@@ and get a grip people. Or just keep playing your little power games and fall.
There is no one I support, I am for America and its dream, its good dream. Leave your game behind, leave your politics behind, leave all your precepts behind, I'll take independents, conservatives, rebels, anarchists, progressives, liberals, Dinos, Rinos, any race, color, creed, lifestyle anyone, all of them for this fight we will have ahead. All of this seems a bit over dramatic, even to me, but then I remember my mom does have cancer and is on ACA, my brother is in the military, my uncles and aunts are on medicare and medicaid and all that can end and the world is heating up and there is only a limited amount of time to stop it. Fini. So maybe I have to keep going regardless. Peace.

There has always been that "don't lower yourself to their level" mentality for progressives and it is part of who we want to be. It is one of the reasons we like President Obama, he is thoughtful and stays calm. How do we deal with people who have no morals when morals are so important to us? Part of me wants to do the "fight fire with fire" stuff, to justify lying and cheating as a means to an end, but then how do we get our moral center back?
