donnie was talking behind a podium with an official-looking seal and "the office of the president-elect".
now, there's such a thing as a "president-elect" and an "office of the president", but there's no such thing as "the office of the president-elect". it's not an office.
also, the "seal" had the image of the white house on it, which is peculiar given that not only is the president-elect most definitely not in the white house, but this particular president-elect is already making a stink about living in trump tower instead of the white house.
