There are good reasons to believe that the golden shower story is true.

We don't know for sure, and probably never will unless the tape gets leaked, and I will admit that initially it does seem so outlandish that one is inclined to think it can't be true.

But look at what we know is true.

We know for sure that Russia hacked the Dems in order to help Trump become president. We know for sure that Trump has extensive business ties and debts in Russia, although we don't know the extent of those debts. We know that Trump got the Rebuplican Platform to weaken its stance on Russia, which is a very strange thing for him to do. And we know that US intelligence officials are taking the allegations seriously.

We also know that the Kremlin's spy services are utterly ruthless. And that all spy services are constantly trying to cultivate assets. It's part of the "spy game": get to know people, try to get them to betray their country, either voluntarily or via blackmail. Long before he was president, Trump was a famous and well-connected businessman, someone who the Kremlin would very much like to have in their pockets.

And, we know that Trump has bragged about sexually assaulting women. We know that he has groped a stranger on a plane, tried to sleep with an Apprentice candidate, and so on. We know that Trump is addicted to adulation.

Does this get us to pissing? No. But it gets us pretty far. I think the a priori likelihood that the Kremlin has some form of Trump sex tape is pretty high. In fact, if they don't, then whoever the FSB has on Trump needs to be fired. All that would be required for a Trump sex tape is for an FSB operative to pose as a businessman doing some kind of deal with Trump, kiss his ass a little, and then introduce him to a prostitute that Trump can "seduce". Does anyone really think the guy that walked into the changing rooms of teen beauty pageants wouldn't bite?

We can't know the details of what such a sex tape might contain. But the reported details came from an ex-intelligence agent and like I said are being taken seriously by the the top ranks of US intelligence. Sure, they might be wrong. But, since we're dealing with a sociopath, and given everything else we know, there's pretty good cause to think they are true.

is enough evidence for me. I just don't buy the story that Trump was able to drop a pee-soaked doll off of the Trump tower and into a dump truck. There's no way he has enough skill to calculate the angle it would take to counteract the wind to hit such a small target.

exist, given his behavior in many venues. His recording with Bush about grabbing genitals shows his appetite for deviance and the power that gives him. Not to mention, he openly admitted his pursuits on the Howard Stern show. He didn't care if he was recorded on the Howard Stern show, so I'm sure he showed the same carelessness with the Russians who knew exactly how to compromise someone like him should it ever become useful or necessary.
