The beginning of the series the human race gets mud stomped by the Cyclons because nothing digitized was safe and of the infiltration by the Cyclons due to Gaius Baltars "unwitting" treason made everything worse.

Carnage ... the whole beginning of the series was full of dread and the writers captured it with a good story line and some pretty good acting ...

That's bout how I feel right now, seeing our government chalked full of KGOP treasonous bastards !!!

THESE people who seem to have started ANOTHER civil war with the concept of democracy but this time conservatives secured the help of another government to support them BEFORE they fired a shot.
