I have seen a post that is the most vile that I have seen in my life. As far as I am concerned the white supremacist movement has declared war on the country. The situation is deteriorating seriously each day. We cannot just play defense or be nice any longer because of what I am seeing. We have to really work at destroying trump and confronting racists like the one who has just showed himself on this site.

We can play high ground and that stance is noble. But we have to be willing to go on the attack as well.

Addendum-- I am of the opinion that we are enter new territory now. Civility with these people will not work and never will. There is no negotiating with a person like the person who posted such vile content. If this kind of person has expressed this kind of behavior in my company in Vietnam they would not return to the US. And we know what kind of transportation they would have.

Sorry folks but this person is exactly who the Trump followers really are. Trump continues to support them privately and publcly through his actions. No one wants to take the gloves off. However I do believe we are crossing the Rubicon in ways we really DO NOT want.

But the last five pages are how to resist at the organizational level. It's so well written and accurate that it's been the field manual for identifying a dysfunctional organization ever since it was written.

It's worth reading just to know what disruption looks like in one's own organizations.
