It is Martial Law, as in the military replacing the civilian government.
If there is going to be a coup in this country it will come from the Right and not the Left. I know you weren't serious but it is something to be concerned about.

President of modern times, flanked by the two worst.
I would hope he wouldn't cheapen his legacy by a playground-type move.
Not to say that Biden isn't worthy...because he is...and I hope that he makes decisions that will make him the real deal in 2020.
