Riots break out in Washington D.C. before Donald Trump’s inauguration

As Donald Trump prepared to be sworn in on Capitol Hill, protesters turned violent across Washington, D.C., as rioters vandalized cars and businesses in the city.

“We are investigating several reports of vandalism and damage to property in the areas around Logan Circle and McPherson Square,” Lieutenant Sean Conboy of the Metropolitan Police Department told Salon. “There have been some pepper spray deployments but I don’t know the exact locations.”

He also added, “We have not used any tear gas munitions.”

Well it was a blend of different groups, but mostly It was us. These young people understand that the media will not cover demonstrations unless they have celebrities or violence. They literally put their lives on the line today just to get the attention WE need to show the world that we do not accept trump as our president. Frumpy has bragged about the number of people that went to his inauguration-exaggerating the turnout by his supporters and telling business owners that they should thank him for the increase in business. The media is getting caught up in his spin claiming that far more people attended than really did. I Was there. Those young people are inspiring, courages, heroic, and...Patriotic.
